New York Daily News editor-in-chief Martin Dunn says journalists think they're the "greatest advocates of change," but at "the moment there is a modicum of change, it's like the bloody roof falls in." Staffers are complaining to Michael Calderone about recent firings and drama in the features department. "Every now and then, you need to change the dynamics of newsrooms and features departments," says Dunn. "You need to bring in a new sense of energy and enthusiasm."
