The Sioux Falls-based Argus Leader lost its fight Thursday to see the list of people invited to the South Dakota governor's annual pheasant hunt. The South Dakota Supreme Court ruled unanimously against the paper, which had argued that the list is a public record. ||
Argus Leader editor: "Our beloved state has the worst public access laws in the nation. That, however, did not keep us from pressing on."
