Susan Goldberg apologized Thursday to the parents of a 12-year-old shooting victim after getting complaints that
Jeff Darcy's Sept. 5
cartoon was offensive and insensitive. The girl's parents, along with several community activist groups, accepted the editor's apology during a meeting at the Plain Dealer. ||
