Jeff Bercovici finds the lack of gay employees at the Post results from a stridently anti-P.C. editorial tone and frathouse office atmosphere. An ex-staffer tells him: "It's not a culturally welcoming environment. It's a locker-room environment -- raucous, sexist, quite misogynist."
