The book by
Bob Woodward and
Scott Armstrong traumatized the court, says
Jeffrey Toobin. "The court really was shocked by how much inside detail there was ... and I think it took quite a few years for that trauma to wear off." As a result of "The Brethren," law clerks are now required to sign non-disclosure agreements. "So I think it's harder to talk to law clerks now than it had been when Woodward and Armstrong were doing it." ||
