A Maricopa County Superior Court judge Wednesday unsealed the secret grand-jury records of the county's Phoenix New Times investigation. They disclose that after a hearing Oct. 11, special prosecutor
Dennis Wilenchik and New Times staffers nearly came to blows in a courthouse hallway. "I guess I'm going to do what I used to do in family court," the judge told them, and made each group leave at different times to avoid further contact in the hallways or elevators. || Read New Times'
