Romenesko Memos
"The fact is that our journalism, advertising and our content needs to be and are being re-conceived," Creative Loafing CEO
Ben Eason (left) told his staff on Monday -- the day that "our little company is
in the news in the New York Times as representative of the ills of journalism in the modern age." Eason, whose firm now includes the Chicago Reader and Washington City Paper, added: "I’m very pleased with how the new company has come together. The media trends are absolutely fascinating and we are positioned well to take advantage of the future."
