CNN boss Jonathan Klein tells his staff not to worry about attracting "couch potatoes" or people who tune in looking for car chases or building demolitions. Instead, reports Felix Gillette, Klein wants CNN to attract "inquiring minds" -- viewers looking to ruminate in depth on current events -- and "social connectors" -- people who look for stories to discuss with friends.
