The paperback version of
Pete Dexter's "Paper Trails" won't hit stores until the former Philly Daily News columnist settles with Philadelphia Media Holdings. The Inquirer/Daily News publisher says Dexter never acquired the necessary permissions to reprint material he wrote for the Daily News.
