The job goes to Laura Gordon, a driving force behind the 2002 launch of the News' free, quick-read paper. "Gordon will form and lead an Innovation Council at the paper comprising representatives from various functions," says a release. "The Council will develop and prioritize opportunities as well as serve as a resource to internal teams to expedite new product development."
