USA Today addresses the Newseum's controversial $20 admission fee in both its main story and sidebar on "the temple of newsgathering." The paper says "the national average is $6 for fee-charging museums in the USA ...but $20 may look like a bargain compared with the $24.95 to be charged when the California Academy of Sciences, a natural-history museum in San Francisco, reopens in September."
