The "price structure and governance" have been agreed upon informally, reports the Wall Street Journal in a subscription-required
story. The paper stresses that Tribune and News Corp. are hammering out final details and that the Newsday deal could still fall apart. Tribune is expected to keep a stake of less than 5%.
