Star Tribune
The Blackstone announcement follows a New York Post report that the Minneapolis paper failed to meet its debt obligations and is near bankruptcy, which the Strib disputes. Publisher Christopher Harte says: "The Star Tribune currently has sufficient liquidity and is current on all its debt payment obligations."
