Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter is surprised by Toby Young's ability to do so much -- a book, a one-man show, and a movie -- with his undistinguished six-month stint at the magazine. "I can only compare it with a brief one-night stand that results in octuplets," says Carter. "Those who can't teach, write. Those who can't write, write about themselves -- in Toby's case, endlessly."
