Brian Williams say last week that "changing reader habits are killing the old newspaper business." The publisher writes: "Between 2006 and 2007, when daily newspaper circulation dropped about 2.5% nationwide, ratings for the national TV network news dropped 6% ...If anybody’s getting killed in the 21st-century media market, it's TV news, not newspapers." ||
