Beginning Monday, reporters at the South Bend Tribune are required to finish their day by writing a detailed memo explaining what they accomplished the previous eight hours. "Yes, your editor will be able to tell how busy you were, but more importantly, he or she will know your accomplishments and your struggles," writes AME/News Virginia Black.
