WMAQ-TV (NBC) news anchor Warner Saunders (left) got up at Monday's meeting of the Chicago chapter of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and accused Robert Feder of diminishing "the accomplishments of black talent while placing the spotlight on our deficiencies." Feder, who was at the meeting, declined to talk to Phil Rosenthal about Saunders' comments.
