Salt Lake Tribune
Former Deseret News military reporter Stephen Speckman is asking the state of Utah not to disclose the settlement that he and his wife reached with the University of Utah. The Salt Lake Tribune, which notes that Speckman regularly used the Freedom of Information Act in his reporting days, has appealed to the Utah records committee and has a hearing before it on March 12.
