One network exec seemed relieved by Sarah Palin's decision to quit the show after just four months. "Oh, it's totally, totally OK. No harm done!" Leaks to the press about the exorbitant costs of creating Palin's "Power Hour" roiled the network in the months before its debut, on Alaska Day, Oct. 18. Millions were reportedly being spent on building new studios -- complete with town-hall-style amphitheaters-- in both Wasilla and Washington, D.C.
