The Journal News is restructuring its news and advertising departments, says publisher Michael Fisch, and employees have to apply for a new position. A staffer tells Romenesko: "Our old job titles are history. We have until Friday to apply online for new jobs. Then next week, recruiters from Gannett will interview candidates.
