Times Magazine editor Gerald Marzorati tells readers that ProPublica reporter Sheri Fink wrote Sunday's 13,000-word piece, which was partially funded by the Kaiser Family Foundation. "The article has been shaped not only by ProPublica but by Times editors," writes Marzorati.
