Craig Karmazin, son of Viacom president Mel Karmazin, is just 28, but he's already built a company with seven radio stations -- five in Wisconsin -- and 90 employees. (He calls it Good Karma.) "It's true that, as one wag put it, Craig Karmazin was born with a silver microphone in his mouth," but Mel's son "has developed a reputation as a hard worker who gives an honest effort to grow his fledgling radio business," writes Rich Kirchen.
