Conrad Black's Chicago Sun-Times squeezed pennies (or at least the pennies that weren't headed toward him and his closest associates), isn't just capable of making the powerful who come up against him surrender. He also apparently is able to make them swoon." Black was indicted Thursday on eight counts of mail and wire fraud.
