Dow Jones has promoted chief operating officer
Richard Zannino to chief executive officer, replacing
Peter Kann. Wall Street Journal publisher
Karen Elliott House, who is married to Kann, will be retiring from the company "by mutual agreement," says a Dow Jones
news release. Wall Street loves the news; at last look, shares of Dow Jones
were up over 7%.
