If it's true that
Courtland Milloy has quit his column, says
Harry Jaffe, "the Post will have lost a consistent voice for parts of the Washington community that might go unreported on without his experience, contacts, and fearlessness." An editor says Milloy's column will return this month, but some colleagues say the Post veteran is ready to move on.
