Farris Hassan, the teenager who ran off to Iraq. "But then, on the same day you made news with an interview on MSNBC, I saw another story of a journalist in Iraq that didn't get quite the attention your story did. And I felt moved to write.
Jill Carroll is a freelance journalist who was working on a story in Baghdad for the Christian Science Monitor. The photo of her that accompanied the story showed Carroll in a head covering called a hijab. Now, that's immersion." ||
