Frank J. Keegan began working at his new job this week, reports
Nick Madigan. The Baltimore Examiner, part of billionaire
Philip Anschutz's newspaper chain, is set to debut in the spring as a free daily newspaper. Keegan
was fired as Connecticut Post editor last April.
