Randy Harvey, assistant managing editor for sports at the Baltimore Sun, is replacing
Bill Dwyre as sports editor of the Los Angeles Times. (Dwyre gets the title of executive sports editor.) Harvey (left) is a former sports reporter, columnist and editor for the Times who left Los Angeles in March 2004 to
take control of the Sun's sports department. (Read memos from
