One reader's suggestion: "Merge both operations (Inquirer and Daily News), let the union contracts expire this summer, release/fire most of those employees who are part of those guilds, and rebuild and rebrand the paper as a lean operation which will be more Web-linked and 21st century, with tie-ins to advertisers ... and focus upon the strengths/interests of Sports/Entertainment/Business News ... oh, and feature a 'hot page six babe'!"
