The Seattle Times says if a judge gives the Committee for a Two-Newspaper Town a seat in the arbitrator's hearing room, the Times will pull out and the JOA dispute arbitration won't happen. "Our view is that this is a dispute between two parties, and they ought to be allowed to resolve it themselves," says a Times spokeswoman. (Related
