Cold recruiting

I hate recruiting against Rob Hooker and the St. Petersburg Times.

At the Newsday job fair, they handed out green scrapers -- the kind you use on ice-covered windshields -- that say, "You wouldn't need this is you worked at the St Petersburg Times."

Well, I DON'T, so I DO ... I mean ... rats.

Help me out here, now. How can I counter that?

No hurricane jokes, please.
