Don't talk too much during interview
Talking too much in the interview was the flaw most frequently mentioned by executive recruiters who responded to a
survey by Korn/Ferry International, an executive recruiting company.
Other top flaws were"
- 22 percent: lack of knowledge about the company or position
- 16 percent: over-inflated ego
- 9 percent: over-confidence
So, know what you're talking about, but don't talk too much -- and be modest when you do.
