Handling unsolicited offers

Career consultant Amy Lindgren has some advice about how to keep a cool head when a recruiter tries to sweep you off your feet with an unsolicited job offer.

"The trick for handling unexpected job offers," she writes, "is to be aware of your goals and work criteria at all times."
