I was interviewed today for a copy-desk job at a weekly. (Did it go well? I hope so, but I suffered an attack of the "I should have saids" afterward!) The editor brought in the copy editor to meet with me for the interview. I sent a handwritten thank you to the editor within hours of the interview.

But I wonder if I should send a note to the copy editor as well. It certainly seems like the proper thing to do.

Ms. Fuzzy Manners
