How can they not pay at some point - Operators charge for access (and numerous studies have shown that users are in fact willing to pay for mobile content but remain reluctant to pay for fixed Internet content).

The key question is whether Mobile Operators will get their act together to support a value chain that benefits everyone; themselves, content providers and users.
