Jakob Nielsen in Flash (Gasp!)

Actually makes Nielsen's points

I believe that Flash technology can be used effectively on the Web, even if it seldom is used correctly. This work by Arancibia actually makes a few of JN's points against Flash. It makes use of non-standard and counter-intuitive user interfase elements, it is made in Flash just because while adding nothing of value with it. Even the "sticky notes" effect can be done without Flash or plugins (equally graphic can be equill). But what really bothered me is that the so-called counter arguments are really just whining notes, and worse, with more errors that I could count. Flash 99% bad is a very unfortunate title, obviously meant to create buzz (which it did), and as always JN's dogmatic style is more than many can take (including myself), but the points made in the article are spot on.
