Since newspapers are still publishing a print edition as their primary product, doesn't it make sense to provide a facsimilie of the published edition on the website along with the more web-friendly presentation?

I am an alum of the EV Tribune. I get a sense of how the paper now looks and feels from this presentation. That's important to me as a visual journalist. I certainly can't get that information from the web presentation of the paper's content. Perhaps this technology can be a bridge for our readers and customers that are in the transition from print to web.

Let's give readers as many options as we can afford. If we can produce the facsimilie pages as a byproduct of our pagination systems, why not do so?
