Online privacy has been spied on since the implementation of email, the only difference now it will be legal and have a secret court to support it. Where the hell does the USA derive its right to be world gendermane not only online spy, but with big stick. I got a feeling we are facing the desintergration of an empire, not only burning all their bucks in useless war crap like F22 program of $64 or more billions. But crassly reading everybody's mail when they feel like. The immorality, lack of dinified civilized respect of reading another gentelman's mail, can only lead to a moral abyss of tremendous proportions and fragmentations. I don't know dtails of how the Roman empire fell apart, but I can tell you that this USA Empire today is coming down faster than those 2 WTC towers.

I am in favor of a proposal to write and distribute to the Latin American populations the names, stories, the thinking, the principles of the national and local leaders of Latin American as part of a global collective education for peace publishing and distribution project.

Let the collapsin corporate barbarians spy all they want on this concept. Just imagine using say 2-4 billion dollars of the proposed $64 billion for F-22 program for a two year blitzkrieg writing and publish program for the Americas in English, Spanish and Portuguese, other languages if we got 4 billion from the F-22 program and European popular participation too.

We get nothing back from the F-22 investment, but losts of more expenses for maint and fuel.

But imagine how much we can make back from all mediums in publishing world wide, the history, the thinking, the ideas, the actions, the forces of all the leaders of the Americas and compared their thinking to Eurocentric thinking from the Mother Country and the colonialist.

Inlcude too the thinking of all the various personages and their actions before the Europeand conquest too. Yes, blitzkrieg in two years for formal inaugural world announment during the 100ths aniversary of the founding of the Republic of Panama on November 3, 2003. One year before, in 2002 do a preparatory meeting of all the representative "Jose Marti Catedras" to outline the universality of the Latin American thinkers as a contrast to the Eurocentric thinkers and how that thinking toward the universal rights of humanity is the liberating orientation toward saving humanity from the possible exttinction do to narrow, no longer adequate corporate seizure of public revenue streams.

Corporate carnivours are made to sniff out resistance to any diversions to their revenue streams that is why we have such imperially decreed listening legalized. The whole existence of corporate operations is going...it ain't helping them one bit
Let's see how many carnivorous data banks this statement will make. And how we can act on it for peaceful literary production in society rather than war.
