This brings up some interesting questions. I'm not familiar with El Mostrador, but many news Web sites update content several times daily. Will the content be archived once per day, or every time the site changes? The former would undoubtedly create an incomplete archive; the latter would still be imperfect. (What if a story changes? Do they plan to archive every version of a story?)

The page you provided (translated to English) doesn't address any of these questions. I'd be interested in hearing more of the specifics on how they plan to tackle this.
