Not allowed - bandwidth apartheid

After downloading a 42K Flash or something, the MSNBC special says "Sorry you don't have enough bandwidth" and kicks you out of the show. It then is dumb enough to ask you to fill a questionnaire as to why you have viewed the show for such a short time.

My bandwidth is variously reported as 70, 142 and 181 Kbps on a few bandwidth testing sites.

This is an irritating feature - let me choose whether it's too slow or not. And haven't they heard of caching?
