Coming of the Magic Box

The Magic Box?

I reside in a home with three males - a big one and two little ones. We already have more "magic boxes" than we can handle. Five PCs - four television sets - three gaming platforms - 4 or 5 handheld "magic boxes" (gameboy) and enough cabling to stretch at least to the local Pizza Hut.
I can't believe that one "entertainment gateway" will meet all the needs of the big and little geeks in my abode. How could it have enough bandwidth to support all that entertainment/gaming? And as the 8-year-old geek would say, "And how are the graphics?"
I would also like to know how the "magic box" resolves disputes when brother A deletes brother B's game for spite, or when there is fist fighting over passwords (I kid you not.)
I too am a computer person, but sometimes you have to wonder if the "magic box" concept will truly fit all needs.
And once in a while you have to go for a bike ride or look at the sunset don't you?
