A message from Kathy Waltz of Tribune Publishing

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to let you know that Susan Hunt has resigned as publisher of The Morning Call, effective today. As some of you may be aware, part of my role in Tribune Publishing is to oversee The Morning Call. Therefore, I will guide the transition to a new publisher, including the search for Susan's successor. That search is expected to take several months. Earlier today Susan and I spoke with members of the executive team and made them aware of her decision. I also met with members of the senior management team.

Susan has been with Tribune since 1986 in a variety of management roles and has been The Morning Call's publisher since 2001. I know you will join me in thanking Susan for her leadership and in wishing her well.

If you have any questions during this transition, please call me or your department head.

Kathy Waltz
President/Publisher
