Wall Street Journal tweet about iPad draws Jobs’ ire

Gawker
During Steve Job’s excellent New York adventure visiting media executives last week, at least one journalist managed to take the iPad for a bit too public of a test drive. According to Gawker.com, Wall Street Journal online executive editor Alan Murray tweeted during the visit, “This tweet sent from an iPad. Does it look cool?” The post has since been deleted and Gawker reports that the deletion was at the behest of a ‘furious’ Steve Jobs. Murray told Gawker, “I will say that Apple’s general paranoia about news coverage is truly extraordinary — but that’s not telling you anything you didn’t already know.”
