That’s Philadelphia Media Network Inc., the collection of 16 financial institutions that won the Inquirer/Daily News/Philly.com auction in April with a bid of $139 million. Raymond Perelman — father of Revlon owner Ron Perleman — says he needs time to review the documents outlining the Sept. 23 auction before deciding if he’ll bid again.
