Here’s the drivel that former Athens (Ga.) Banner-Herald executive editor Jason Winders (left) refers to in his blast against B-H owner Morris Communications and CEO William S. “Billy” Morris III. “He and his wealth are fine,” writes Winders. “Those membership checks to Augusta National are still clearing. But Morris Communications was wrecked, and hundreds of people who helped build it into the wonderful company it was lost their jobs as part of the carnage.”
