The Times reported on Sunday that Las Vegas isn’t close to seeing an economic recovery, but the Review-Journal’s Doug Elfman says that “those of us who grace the Strip regularly know that, in the past year, everything from car traffic to foot traffic has gone from dismal to jamming.”
