As of last week, about 540 people had used the feature on washingtonpost.com to submit corrections, suggestions and tips. (It was launched in early February.) After seeing the Post’s report-an-error form, the Register Citizen of Litchfield County, Conn., changed its form to mirror the DC paper’s, reports Mallary Jean Tenore.
