Around this time last year, Marc Ambinder stopped blogging; today the Atlantic announced he will leave the company and daily journalism. Ambinder became a White House correspondent for National Journal when he gave up blogging, so the Atlantic is looking for someone to join that team as he leaves it to work on longer-term projects.
