Pennsylvania front pages honor former Sen. Arlen Specter, who died Sunday

Funeral services will be held Tuesday for former U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter, who died Sunday at the age of 82. Pennsylvania newspapers honored the state’s longest serving senator, who switched from the Republican party in 2009 and lost the Democratic primary the following year. He served from 1980-2011.
