San Diego Union Tribune apologizes for gun ad placement

On Saturday, readers of the San Diego Union Tribune found a coupon for $1 off admission to the Western Americana and Gun Show on the same page as a story about the school shooting at Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colo. Dave Rolland, editor of San Diego CityBeat, tweeted an image of the page.

On Sunday, Matthew Hall, San Diego Union Tribune’s engagement editor, tweeted the paper’s apology.
